of the Scientific Program as well as surrounding activities.
Choose to view the scientific program by day or hall. Choose the day or hall of
interest from the drop-down menu and scroll through the schedule listed. Click on any listed session to view its details. At this point, you may choose to view the details of any specific presenter, chairperson or scroll the list of presentations.

You can schedule the sessions you want to attend, the presentations or posters you
want to hear or see, even meetings with colleagues during the Forum.

There exists as well the option of setting up personal meetings. A personal meeting
can be set up through the calendar by double clicking on the desired day, adding
a title and meeting description, then scrolling down to specify the time period.
Planning will be done prior or during the meeting on the website on your personal computer (or mac) and you can check your scheduler on your personal mobile device over the browser. Please note that on mobile devices your scheduler can only be viewed, not modified. The paperless application is compatible with iPhone or Android operating systems.
This function introduces you to a concise listing of information which is of interest
to participants. A more comprehensive listing of General Information will be available
in the Program Book and at the Information Kiosk at the Congress Venue.
This function allows you to search the Scientific Program by names, titles and abstract
numbers. All the possibilities for the item searched will appear. Choose the item
of interest in order to view it in further detail.
Yes you do have to prepare your poster prior to the ePoster submission process.
Please create a file in PNG/GIF/JPG or PDF format. It should not be longer than
a one-page document as any information over the limit will not be saved in the system.
The minimum recommended size is: 2000 x 2000px and the maximum size of your ePoster
in pixels is: 4000 x 4000px.
No, your poster should be a single page document. You will be asked to set the separate
areas of the poster at step 3 of the submission process which is called 'Set Area'.
We ask you to provide your poster undivided.
Login with the username and password which you have received from the Congress secretariat
in order to upload your ePoster. If you forgot your password, please click on 'forgot
password' to retrieve this information. Take the following three steps in order
to complete the uploading of your ePoster:
a. Terms and Conditions
In order to begin the process of uploading your ePoster, please read and agree
to the Terms and Conditions below. Should you not agree to the Terms and Conditions
of this system, the uploading of your ePoster will not be possible.
b. ePoster Upload and Area Setting
Choose 'Upload ePoster' in order to upload your ePoster. Choose the document you
would like to upload and click 'Add File.' Once the file is added – you can still
remove it by clicking the red minus sign on the right-hand side. Click 'Start Upload'
in order to upload the file into the database. Once uploaded, click the 'x' on the
right-hand top corner in order to continue with the process. Click on 'Set Area'
and then 'new section' in order to name and choose the various sections of your
ePoster. Once completed, click save.
By setting your poster into areas, you define the content and order of the slides
which will then be created by the ePoster Support Team. The areas defined will
then appear as a 'Table of Contents' and will allow for the viewing of your poster
in a user-friendly clear format.
While the design is entirely your prerogative, the file format should be PNG/GIF/JPG
or PDF and should not be longer than a one-page document – as any information over

note: larger sizes will be scaled down while maintaining aspect ratio. As this is
